Accommodation

Sunshine Hotel & Residences, located in the centre of Pattaya’s famous Soi 8 nightlife entertainment zone, is the ONLY hotel in this area that is tastefully blended with the natural landscaped tropical garden. The total numbers of 188 clean and comfortable rooms vary in different types to suit any guest’s preference at very affordable rates. Some of the rooms even offer a spectacular view of Pattaya Bay.
 

Each of the rooms has an individually adjustable air-conditioner, bathroom with private bath tub or shower ready with hot and cold water, colour TV with more than 25 international channels
of cable programs, well-stocked minibar with refrigerator, and IDD telephone. Moreover, all rooms in the new wing, Sunshine Residences, are equipped with radios and cassette players so guests can choose to listen to any song of their own.

Facilities

2 Swimming Pools : Both pools are set amidst a beautiful tropical garden setting. Guests can swim, sunbathe or just relax in and around our peaceful and quiet pool area. Nearby, guests can enjoy playing pool or table tennis.

2 Banquet or Meeting Rooms : European Room and Asian Room. Each room can accommodate up to 70 guests. Whatever the purpose - catering, meetings, banquets or just private parties - these two multipurpose rooms can serve you well with our fully equipped meeting and banquet equipment and facilities.

The Garden Court : Tailor shop, beauty salon with traditional face and foot massage service and Internet Shop with ISDN lines, offering the fastest Internet connection in Pattaya, are the shops set in our well-landscaped Garden Court to satisfy all of your requirements.

Front Desk : Guest satisfaction is always our priority. Our staff is always ready to offer what you want, the way you want it, the best they can. At front desk many services are provided : Taxi service , tour desk offering excursions or tours , safety deposit boxes ( free of charge ) , laundry service , Foreign exchange , etc. Even if we forget to mention any service we have or even if we do not have the service but if you ask for it , our front desk staff will be more than willing to help you to get what you want. Our terrace is a rendezvous spot, opens from 07:00 AM until midnight, complemented by a menu of international favourites.

AllDay Cafe' opens from 09:00 AM until 03:00 AM. At AllDay Cafe' ,the food is well prepared and freshly cooked just right in front of you, assuring our excellent hygiene standard. Here you can choose to relax around the Garden Court, overlooking the exciting nightlife atmosphere of Soi 8, or just watching live sport programs from big screen TVS.

The Garden court Bar is set amongst our well-landscaped garden court. here, you can relax in the green atmosphere and watching our well-trained bartender preparing your favorite drinks.
